I am using my university account (graduated this summer) and keep receiving this message recently. Why does the message come to me? Is there any problem? Thanks.

    Schools normally purge their Microsoft 365 accounts of students who have graduated. Once they do this, you will lose access to all documents stored in your school account. You should download all files from your school cloud storage to your local hard disk to avoid data loss.

    To continue using Office programs, you can buy Office 2021, or subscribe to Microsoft 365.

    Hi Harris, as per Jackson above, also note if your account is disabled you will loose everything in your OneDrive, so make sure you remove everything from OneDrive before it is disabled.

    Thank you for reaching out,

    I understand you are receiving message to reactivate your account while using word.

    If you are using a school account and have now graduated, it is possible your account has been removed or deactivated from the school portal hence the reactivate message.

    The options you have is to reach out to the school IT admin for more help with this our you purchase a personal office 365 license to keep using the most features of work.

    You can see more details in the link below;
