The service has been restored, but yesterday I tried other links, some of which were OK and some of which were not, but today I can use the ones I couldn't access yesterday, I think you repaired them

    Hi 吉利 王

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community forum. Hope you are well.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with loading your document on Microsoft 365. I understand how frustrating this can be, but I'm here to help you resolve this issue.

Based on the error message you provided, it seems that there is a load failure for the document you're trying to open. This could be caused by a few different factors, such as a poor internet connection, an issue with the document itself, or a problem with the Microsoft 365 service. Let's work together to find the best solution to this problem.

First of all, may I know what is the version or product name of Word you are using? Is it Microsoft 365 Family/Personal or Business? You may refer to this link here for instructions. About Office: What version of Office am I using? - Microsoft Support

To troubleshoot this issue, I would recommend trying the following steps:

    1. Check your internet connection: Make sure that you have a stable internet connection and that your device is connected to the internet.
    2. Clear your browser cache: Clearing your browser cache can help resolve issues with loading web pages. You can do this by going to your browser settings and clearing your cache and cookies.
    3. Try opening the document in a different browser: Sometimes, issues with loading web pages can be browser-specific. Try opening the document in a different browser to see if that resolves the issue.
    4. Check the document for issues: If the issue persists, it's possible that there is an issue with the document itself. Try opening a different document to see if that loads successfully.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, please let me know and we can explore other solutions.

    Sincerely,

    ReynaldoB
