    Select the cell.

On the Home tab of the ribbon, in the Alignment group, highlight the Wrap Text button by clicking it.

Enter text, and press Alt+Enter to start a new line.

Hi Jeremy. I am an Excel user like you.

In order to go to a new line within a cell press Alt+Enter (hold down the Alt key while you press the Enter key). Do this to add each new line within the cell as needed, and then press Enter as normal to enter all of the data in the cell when you are done.
