Where can I download Office 2019 software?

I have an Office 2019 product key which I purchased. My old laptop died and I'd like to install Office 2019 onto my new one. Where do I find the software download? This is NOT for Office 365.

Hi, you can install your Office 2019 from Services & Subscriptions of the Microsoft Account used to redeem your Office for the first time. Here is a direct link: https://account.microsoft.com/services sign in with the Microsoft Account used to redeem your Office 2019. NOTE: because you were unable to uninstall your Office from the old computer you will need to contact Microsoft Support to 'delink/deactivate' the installation on the old computer.

You did not specify which Office 2019 license you have. However, your product key can only be redeemed once, after which it is redeemed to your Microsoft account (Services and subscription page). You will need to use your Microsoft account to install and activate Office apps.

If you find this license, find steps below for guidance:

1. Go to www.office.com and if you're not already signed in, select Sign in.
2. From the Office home page select Install Office.
3. Select Install (or depending on your version, Install Office>).
4. This completes the download of Office to your device. You can now proceed to install Office 2019.
5. Once you're done installing Office 2019, you can then sign in your Microsoft account associated with this license to activate.
