How do I set up a data entry form in Excel Office 365?

Apparently, there is a form button to be added to the top toolbar/ribbon, but I can't locate it. Also, I have the Mac Version of Excel so I wonder if it differs from PC versions. Can anybody help?

    Sorry for this inconvenience but the Data Entry Form feature is available in Excel for Windows PC but it is not available in Excel 365 for Mac.
