Microsoft Bookings won't send a calendar invite to customers

I created a booking page to schedule appointments between our department heads and CEO. It works fine in scheduling the meetings, and they show up on our CEO's calendar, but none of the department heads (the "customers") receive a calendar invite. It would be best if they could be added as an invitee on the calendar event that is created on our CEO's calendar, but it's also fine if a separate event is created on their calendar. But right now, they only receive an email with confirmation, but which does not have any option for them to put the meeting on their calendar automatically. Any ideas on how to solve this?

I've done something similar recently; I forwarded the calendar invites to the customers. It would be wonderful if Microsoft would provide a more customer-friendly solution.

Yes, it's checked... that sends an email with the Teams meeting information to the customer. What it doesn't do is send an Outlook calendar invite to the customer, although it does for the staff member.

I was able to figure out a solution by adding the email associated with the Bookings page as a calendar in Outlook and manually adding the customers to each calendar invite that Bookings automatically creates.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, I do not have any more troubleshooting to offer, there are knowledgeable experts on the platform and I hope someone else will take a look at your issue.

    Thanks, Sola

    Hi Sola,

Thank you but this link didn't solve my problem as it says nothing about the customer receiving a calendar invite for the meeting they book. Right now, the customer only receives a confirmation email with the time and date of the meeting, but it does not get added automatically to their calendar. Is there a way to make sure it does?
