I tried all these options none of it works.

It seems like microsoft is trying to login to a school/work account that doesn't have active office license. And it doesn't let me use my personal account to login

    Hello Adham A,

I’m Segunfunmi, an Independent Advisor and Microsoft user like you. Thanks for posting the query here in this forum.

I’m sorry you’re having trouble logging in to Microsoft Office. Here are some possible solutions that you can try to fix the issue:

Check if your subscription is active and your user account is enabled.

Sign out and sign in again or click FIX Me if prompted.

Delete any cookies from office365.com in Internet Explorer.

Reset your password if you forgot it or it expired.

Uninstall and reinstall Office 365 using Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant.

Contact your administrator if you are locked out, blocked, or have single sign-on issues.

If these steps don’t work, you can try downloading and running the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant to diagnose and automatically fix several common Office sign-in issues. I hope this helps! Let me know if you need further assistance.

    Kind regards, Segunfunmi.

I also made sure that the PC settings doesn't have a work/school email saved.
