    Hello Franklin Zhang1

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I understand that you have an issue in regard to the paper size option in your Excel app. Let’s work together in finding the best resolution to this issue.

For me to better understand the issue, I’d like to ask a few questions:

In the newer versions of Excel, the page size selection has been simplified to provide a more streamlined experience for users. However, you can still access additional page sizes by selecting the "More Paper Sizes" option at the bottom of the drop-down menu.

To do this, please follow these steps:

    1. Click on the "Page Layout" tab in the Excel ribbon.
    2. Click on the "Size" drop-down menu in the "Page Setup" section.
    3. Select "More Paper Sizes" at the bottom of the menu.
    4. This will open the "Page Setup" dialog box, where you can select from a variety of paper sizes.

I hope this helps to resolve your issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask.

We look forward to your next response.

    Regards,
