How can i add Excel QM to my excel?

I need to add Excel Qm to be able to do a job for university, but i can't find it in add-ins. There is a link that was I referred to, but the website doesn't exist anymore. How can I install Excel QM?

    Excel QM is a 3rd party AddIn, I guess it's this one: https://excel-qm-v4.software.informer.com/16.0/

    Download from that site, then install at your own risk.
