Hi

I'm Shakiru and I'd be happy to help you with your question

This is a spam message no doubt. Based on the image you shared, it is obvious that the email message is from those wanting to spam or hack one's account as the email is not an official email ID from Microsoft.

You can block the sender to prevent receiving messages from it. Right-click the message> Click Junks> Select Block Sender. Or You can click on the Home menu and then select Block Sender

I hope this helps! Please kindly let me know if you need any other assistance and I will be more than happy to help further.

Please, remember to give back to the community. Help the next person with this problem by rating how this conversation was helpful.

Thank you

Best Regards, Shakiru

Delete it as this is spam. You can right click and report as spam.

As you can see, this is from "niasha__@hotmail.com" which is not an official Microsoft e-mail.
