Hi there,

In Excel column A, I've selected all the cells, then using Cntrl G, special, blanks, enter =Cell (A868) and then hit Cntrl+Enter and it is returning =A868 in all the blank cells.

What am I doing wrong?

Thank you,

Jeanette

It could be your cell format is text. Formula will not work when cell format is text.

After Ctrl G, special, blanks >Right click and change the cell format to general.

Then input =A868 and Ctrl+enter. It will work.
