Hello Am_619,
I’m Segunfunmi, an Independent Advisor and Microsoft user like you. Thanks for posting the query here in this forum.
It sounds like you’re experiencing an issue with your hand accidentally touching the screen while drawing. This is a common problem, and there are a few ways to prevent it from happening.
One way to prevent your hand from accidentally touching the screen while drawing is to enable palm rejection on your device. Palm rejection is a feature that allows the system to favour the stylus instead of just any “touch” action, meaning it will reject your palm in favour of the stylus. If you’re using a Microsoft Pen, you can enable this feature by going to Start > Settings > Devices > Pen & Windows Ink and checking the box on “Ignore touch input when I’m using my pen”.
Another solution is to use an artist's glove. An artist glove is a lycra/nylon glove with only two fingers, a ring and a pinky. It is mainly for preventing smudges but may also avoid the bioelectric conductivity on the tablet.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind regards, Segunfunmi.
