Transcription stopping at 94%

Hi when i am trying to do audio transcriptions in word online and it stops when it gets to 94%

I have checked my storage and I have lots of room

Microsoft 365 and Office | Word | For education | MacOS

    Hi Michele Macchi,

    I believe Microsoft did fix this after about 3 weeks. I am currently accessing it through a blank Word document from my desktop and not online. However, I can also access it through my Outlook account online. Maybe you can try updating your Microsoft Office or 365. I'm not sure why it started working for me again. I was never notified by Microsoft or anyone. I just took a break from it for 3 weeks and then decided to try it through Outlook and it worked. Then I tried it off-line and it worked. It has been working ever since.

    I know how frustrating this can be as most of us use it for production in our field of work. But hang in there, the Microsoft community does respond.

    I have been using Transcribe for a few months and it has been great. Just to confirm everyone else's experience, I am having the same problem. It is stopping at 94% no matter what browser I use. I have also cleared my OneDrive and my cache, etc. My first several attempts was a 14-minute audio (MP3) No luck. Several attempts with a 5-minute audio and the same thing. So, I do believe something has happened on Microsoft's side of things. We wait patiently for this to be addressed. Thanks everyone!

    This Problem keeps persisting for me as well for the entire day. It's frustrating. I have tried mac and windows environment and on different browsers. Result is always the same. I have more than enough space on onedrive. It just keeps hanging on 94%.

    I just can't believe that nobody is attending this issue and not trying to solve the problem. Not even a word from Microsoft officials. This is terrible service.

    I have the same problem today, with any file I attempt to transcribe, any browser, different machines, 2 different work MS accounts.
