I just bought a brand new laptop (Huawei D15 2022) and the manager said that everything is ready even the microsoft applications. I just checked today and found out that they are installed but the product key is not included. i didnt know this was "Windows 11 Home Single Language", this is so **** frustrating.

New devices often offer trial versions of Office software, or sometimes prepaid one-year subscriptions of Office which will then expire after the first year. The computer manufacturer should provide information on how to get access to such a product.
Your description indicates that the retailer tried to mislead you.
You should contact the retailer and/or the manufacturer to get your Office applications activated.
Hi, there will be a trial version of Microsoft 365 on your computer. You do not need a Product Key. See Using product keys with Office - Microsoft Support There is also a trial version online: Free Trial – Try Microsoft 365 for a month – Microsoft Store
PS:I wish I could get rid on it as a prompt to try it follows me on every page that has something to do with Microsoft!!!!
