I absolutely hate that the tracked changes jump to the next change when I accept or reject. I want to turn this feature OFF, not fiddle with some drop down menu. How do I do this???

Alternatively/in addition, you can define a keyboard shortcut for the AcceptChangesSelected command.

You can add the Accept This Change command to the Quick Access Toolbar for easy access.

You'll find the command at File > Options > Quick Access Toolbar; first change the "Choose commands from" option to "All Commands." When you have found it, use the Add button to add the command to the QAT.

    Hi Eva G,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I am Blessing, an independent advisor here and a Microsoft user like you.

Sorry for this inconvenience. What Microsoft Office licence do you have?

If you want to turn off track changes feature, you can follow the steps below for guidance:

    1. On the Review tab, select Track Changes.
    2. In the Track Changes drop-down list, select Off.

Please understand that if a document has been shared with you for review, you may not be able to turn off Track Changes. If you want to edit the document without tracking changes, you will need to either save a copy or ask the person who sent it to you to share it again with review mode turned off.
