Hello,

I need MS 365 and Office version that will work on MacOS 10.13 High Sierra an operating system that I just upgraded my iMac as MS suggested in order to install the Office programs under a Family MS 365 and Office subscription (Yes, we have a Family subscription!). The version that installs from my account won't work as it now needs Mac version 11, even though I recently tried to install these a and MS stated I needed MacOS 10.13 High Sierra, which I did to NO AVAIL!!

I DID backups of my desktop and upgraded my operating system to High Sierra 10.13, then tried to install MS 365 and Office programs however, they won't install as I keep getting an ERROR.

After attempting to install, MS error message appears stating I need "Version 11", which I cannot install as my system won't support it.

Though I HAVE MS 365 and Office installed on my laptop running MacOS 10.12 SIerra NO PROBLEM (an op sys version older than High Sierra!) using MS 365/Office Version 16.30 AND IT WORKS FINE. NOW I AM TRYING TO INSTALL ON MY DESKTOP COMPUTER YET KEEP HAVING ISSUE AFTER ISSUE......

Where do I get the correct version of MS 365 AND OFFICE PROGRAMS for Mac OS 10.13 HIGH SIERRA?

Please help AND ADVISE.

Thank you

    Hi Gunasekar,

Thank-you for sending the link as it did fix Outlook (so far) however, how can I get the Office 365 Subscription install package for MacOSX High Sierra 10.13 for my iMac using our Family Subscription?

Is it possible to install the same/similar as my MacBook Pro which is: Office 365 Subscription Version 16.30 (19101301) --> Would you kindly send the Office 365 Subscription link that will work on High Sierra (rather than the Retail version)?

The link provided in your reply installs "Office 2016 for Mac - Retail" which I already had, paid for, and was installed on my iMac BEFORE we got a Family Subscription, and before updating to Mac OS 10.13 High Sierra, which then broke my "Office for Mac - Retail License" after the Operating System update and ow necessitates an Office update on my iMac.

Since Buying and installing Office 2016 Retail on my Mac desktop and laptop (back in 2017), I :

    1.) Got a "MS 365 and Office Family Subscription" which I installed only on my MacBook laptop at the time;

2). Went to install "Office 365 Family Subscription" on my iMac desktop system which needed an update to 10.13, which I completed, and the program downloaded from my MS subscription/account page failed to install and gave the message: Needs 10.13.

How do I get "MS 365 and Office Family Subscription" instead of the MS Retail package? I would like BOTH of my computers iMac and MacBook to use our Office 365 Subscription that we are paying for, so both systems will work the same?

    Please advise.

Also, I cannot add other email accounts such as Gmail, Yahoo, etc., to work on this Office 2016-Retail version .... How do I get these to work and added to Outlook?

AND how I get Office 365 SUBSCRIPTION version, instead, since I should probably use that and add e-mail accounts there to avoid duplication?

Though NEED my Email and all my e-mail accounts to work...

    Please advise.

No Jim, Please KEEP the link as after install, Outlook DOES work (for Outlook ONLY, won't let me add other email accounts such as Gmail, Yahoo which I had coming into Outlook before). Though having Outlook only email is better than having NO Email however, the link sent is the Retail version vs. Office 365 Subscription version.

I do have the Office 365 Subscription version running on my MacBook laptop system under MacOSX 10.12 Sierra (previous Op Sys before High Sierra).

Where is the link to Office 365 Subscription for MacOSX 10.13 HIGH SIERRA?

And, now I am trying to get my iMac desktop system on the Office 365 Subscription we have**.**
