I have a CD with office I am trying to install. I have a opy of the order but I didn't recieve my code. there is no email I can forward the order to get help

I need help installing a CD I bought with Office. My computer doesnt read CD and code is not on the order, what should I do?

    There is only one installer for all license types of Microsoft Office for Mac. You can download the current installer from this link:

    Office suite (with Teams)

    The installer is too big to fit on a CD, so I don't know what you have on that disc. Microsoft does not distribute Microsoft Office on disc anymore.

    I did completed the purchase and paid already. Why is Microsoft making this so difficult. I guess is because all you guys want is to milk the customer at this point.

    In that case, the relevant information applies

    #1 - You must have access to the original email address used to complete the purchase

    #2 - You must still be employed by the same employer

    #3 - The employer must still be enrolled in the HUP / Microsoft Workspace program

    I bought it through my company from employee program from Microsoft not any 3rd party. This is a legit product if you have an email I can send the order.

    What version of Office (i.e. '2010, '2019 etc) does this involve? How / when was this CD obtained?

    Regardless of Office edition, if this was purchased from a 3rd party reseller, you would have had to be provided with a 25 char product key. Without it, there is nothing that can be done even if your computer did have a CD/DVD reader.

    If this involves a current version of Office AND you had a product key, you would be able to redeem the key and download / install Office using the Microsoft Account used to redeem the key.

    Without knowing else about this, there is little else that can be suggested.
