Do I need to run Norton security if I have Microsoft 365

    I am Prakash and happy to help you with your question, I'm a Microsoft consumer like you.

    Norton is not needed if your Defender with Microsoft 365 plan.

    Over the past few years, Windows Defender has developed into a fully functional security solution.

    It is comparable to antivirus software that costs money, its virus definitions are updated frequently, it won't slow down our computer, it works well with Edge, and it is free.

    Controlled Folder Access, a recent addition to Defender, guards against ransomware attacks.

    You really don't need any additional security beyond what Defender offers.
