Hello Sinikiwe Nkosi,
Welcome Microsoft Community. We appreciate you for sharing your concern with us.
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Support. I understand that you are having issues with the version history feature in Microsoft Word. I'll be happy to assist you with this concern.
To better understand your concern, I will be asking you few questions:
- Was this working before?
- Are you able to see the full document in the current version of the document?
- Have you tried accessing the version history feature to see if the pages are available in a previous version?
- Are you able to see any other changes made to the document in the version history feature, or is it only showing the cut portion with the line over it?
- Have you tried restoring a previous version of the document to see if the pages are available in that version?
- Can you provide us a screenshot of the issue please? It would be a great help.
You may want to proceed and try performing the following in order for us to check, to view the complete version history of your document, you need to make sure that the version history feature is enabled in your document. To do this, please follow the steps below:

Once you have enabled the version history feature, you should be able to view all the changes made to your document. To view the complete version history of your document, please follow the steps below:
