Inquiry about Microsoft Account and Lifetime Subscription for OneDrive 5TB Cloud Storage

I purchased a Microsoft account from a third-party vendor, computer dukan, for OneDrive 5TB Cloud Storage with a lifetime subscription. The username provided is ******@offe.pro, and the user unique identifier is 10032002846697A3. However, I noticed that my account is scheduled to be closed on 10th August, which is concerning since I bought a lifetime subscription. I would appreciate it if you could clarify why this is happening and provide an alternative solution. I'm worried about my data and the content I have uploaded, as I won't be able to access or upload anything if the account is closed. Additionally, I would like to know how to delete groups from my account, as I want to manage it properly. I'm looking forward to your prompt and positive response, and your assistance in resolving this matter.

Maxwell B, thank you for your response.

I understand that you are having difficulty Downloading and uploading files to OneDrive.

    1. Ensure you download the data folder by folder. There are certain limitations for downloading/uploading large number of Files from OneDrive through a single attempt.
    2. Make sure the internet connectivity is fast and stable. Turn Off VPN network.
    3. Fix OneDrive sync problems (related article for your reference)

    • Right-click the OneDrive icon on the taskbar.
    • Select Settings.
    • Unlink your account from the accounts tab.
    • Link your account again.

This will restart the sync process again.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I’ll be glad to assist you further.

    Best regards,

You were scammed. There is no "lifetime" subscription to OneDrive or Microsoft 365. You pay by the month or the year.

If a price is too good to be true it usually is. Also, purchase from reputable vendors, obviously the one you did isn't reputable.

Thank you for your response. However, my current concern is about backing up my account. Yesterday, when I attempted to take a backup, some files were unable to download. I am looking for a solution to this issue. Additionally, I am facing difficulties uploading all the files, and an error message indicating that some files have not been copied keeps appearing. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

    Hello Maxwell B,

I’m Gunasekar and I will be happy to help you with your question, I am a Microsoft consumer like you.

Microsoft Office 365 does not have a lifetime subscription. You must renew your subscription on a monthly or yearly basis. To check the full details of your account and the subscription, click the link below.

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

    • check the plan you have purchased and the expiry date.

Note: For an individual 365 account, Microsoft only offers 1TB of cloud storage. However, you can extend the storage upto 1GB. If you state 5TB, it appears that you have a Microsoft Office 365 Family membership, in which up to 5 persons (using separate user identities) can share the subscription and 1TB of storage each.

    Compare Microsoft plans -

Scroll down and read the frequently asked question section to know more about the Office 365 Individual or family subscription. You can contact the seller and return the product if possible.

Make sure you purchase the product from a legit seller or directly from Microsoft. Before buying, ensure you know about the plans and what the Organization offers.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I’ll be glad to assist you further.

    Best regards,

    Gunasekar N
