I understand that you are having difficulty Downloading and uploading files to OneDrive.
- Ensure you download the data folder by folder. There are certain limitations for downloading/uploading large number of Files from OneDrive through a single attempt.
- Make sure the internet connectivity is fast and stable. Turn Off VPN network.
- Fix OneDrive sync problems (related article for your reference)

- Right-click the OneDrive icon on the taskbar.
- Select Settings.
- Unlink your account from the accounts tab.
- Link your account again.
This will restart the sync process again.
