Copy and paste a template I have created without data

I have created a template and it has data on it. But I want to copy and paste the template onto another sheet in the same workbook without the data. How to do it? I have tried to use Move and Copy but it does not work for me. All it did was create a copy of my current template that has the data I have entered. Any suggestion? Just to be clear, I am using M1 Macbook Air.

You may want to use some of the other options as well.

If you need to do this frequently, keep one sheet without the data the use Move or Copy to replicate that sheet when needed.
