Is copilot included in Microsoft 365 Personal?

I've done some research, but there doesn't seem to be much concise information about it; it's still in marketing presentations and not yet in real feature release. There was no specific date mentioned for when Copilot will be accessible. Nevertheless, Microsoft has said that Copilot will be available in Microsoft 365 applications in the next months.

🤞🏼 I really hope Microsoft realizes the huge potential for having Copilot available with Microsoft 365 Personal and Family subscriptions. I realize it might not be as full featured as business editions. Nevertheless, it would be a major on-ramp and incubator for future generations of Microsoft customers.

I'm pleased to discover I have access to Copilot preview. But I believe it may be through a work account that will expire in a few months rather than through my MS 365 Family subscription. I'm sure there are millions of Windows users who would love to have Copilot at home for assistance with creativity, productivity and entertainment. I can also envision a lot of children and young adults pushing their parents to get a Microsoft 365 Family subscription in order to gain access to Copilot!

The information regarding Copilot is very fragmented and not at all easy to find or get a simple straight answer. Not a great place to be for a company touted how much easier their products can make our work/life.

Agree - lots of small businesses/one person businesses will run on personal and the significant efficiency benefits are huge with copilot. Having tried to use it today, it seems that it is not part of the personal/family package yet. It is there as a preview and it is working but not producing the documents or emailing them as it is suggesting - so close to saving myself 3 days work!

At the time of my update, Copilot for Microsoft 365 is currently just available for Enterprise customers and no information is available regarding future releases for Personal or Family subscriptions.
