Text Messages containing OneDrive links seem to be blocked?

I'm having an issue with sending individuals texts that contain a onedrive link in them. They get my text fine if there is no link OR if it is a different link (like say wikipedia) but if I include a onedrive link in the text it sends on my end but they never get it. Has anyone else experienced this?

It is happening across multiple carriers (including mine, T-Mobile) and both Android and Apple devices. I have not successfully sent a text with a OneDrive link since Spring of this year (2023) and discovered the issue in June. It is starting to become a real pain. I can send an attachment but that doesn't work when I want to give someone access to multiple files in one folder.

My device is a Pixel 4A. I have attempted to send these texts to iPhones, a Samsung, and another Android that I don't know the model of. Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T are all represented in those fails. I have successfully sent these same texts to family members on the same T-Mobile plan as mine. I suspect that T-Mobile is flagging it as spam and dropping or blocking it but I don't really know. I talked with T-Mobile and that individual didn't know either. He couldn't get my text either. He suggested I ask on here so here I am.

I was going to attach screenshots but for some reason they wouldn't load. Here are the links instead.

I would appreciate any help you might be able to give.
Thanks!

Yes, I send links all the time though usually they are more widely accepted or known websites (like an Amazon Product link or a news page).

I just tested and sent a Google Drive Link. This is comparable to OneDrive in that both are links to a specific or unique document. However, the domain is not readily comparable. One link starts with "...drive.google.com/" while the other starts with "...cefcapital-my.sharepoint.com/" The Google Drive link went through just fine.

I believe the issue is not unique to OneDrive but that it is likely related to all shall we say "private" web pages. In that it is a OneDrive issue since OneDrive should not "flag" or "trigger" automatic spam filters put in place by cell phone carriers. I don't know. I may be way off base here. It is mostly all conjecture.

Not sure but I don't think the problem is related to OneDrive but to narrow down, can you insert some normal link in your text and send the messages?
