Here's the thing.... MSFT has limited if any customer service. I was on the chat today for 2 hrs...yeah, 2 hrs w/ a fellow who was 10 french fries short of a happy meal. I mean he was totally ignorant. I am being charged a monthly fee of $13... for services for which I have no idea ...for which I reported to my credit card............................ I paid $104 for 365 for the year ~which is mislabeled a business acct-subscription...which I am not. Just one person using msft word, and excel! They precharged me for 365 and they are billing me also for what looks like 365.

After I hung up w/ the stooge, I found a place on the MSFT site that had me enter my phone number and I received a call back w/in 2 minutes of hitting 'send'. Now I can't find that place to have THEM call me. I have called on the phone for a LIVE person, and gotten nowhere. The 800 no's are a joke. They 100% of the time refer you to their website where you get no answer either...I am very upset with Bill Gates and his rich workers.....totally

if you have any info on how to set up a call back...please let me know....I'll buy you lunch somewhere....lol

I cannot get any technical help or support. There is only one 800- phone that directs you to online links. I don't understand for what I am paying $69. It says that for a 365 Microsoft subscription, you get technical help and support and call back. Nothing is available. I told all my family members, friends, Facebook, and coworkers to use other companies for their emails and documents. I have never experienced such horrible customer service.

Literally, no one is to chat, and no one can call you back. It is as ridiculous as it can be. I got used to excellent service from Apple, Amazon, etc. My family canceled subscriptions and many people will do the same. I will make sure I use all social media sources to alert people of this poorly managed company.

    Hi Parks,

The same thing is happening to me with my at-home account.

Sadly, Microsoft has such poor customer service.

They seem to not care about their customers and would rather have them undergo a stressful process.

Why are they still up and running is crazy to me.

They not only charged me a monthly fee for the Microsoft family and a yearly fee, but when I finally got a call back from one of the reps, who was able to refund the monthly fee, he confirmed that I had my yearly subscription running.

Now, I see that both have been canceled! I'm so upset about Microsoft's lack of support and assistance. As well as their lack of proper training to deal with these issues.

Sorry to say it, but Microsoft, you SUCK!
