If Zoom is disabled, it may be because you have Side to Side enabled in the Page Movement group on the View tab. Choose Vertical instead.

Hi, To make Word open full-size in the window, you can try the following steps:

    1. Open Word and click on the "View" tab.
    2. Look for the "Zoom" section and click on the "100%" option.
    3. If the "100%" option is grayed out, click on the "Page Width" option instead.
    4. If the document still appears shrunken, try adjusting the size of the Word window by clicking and dragging the edges of the window until it fills the screen.

If these steps do not work, you may need to check your display settings or try resetting the Word preferences. Let me know if you need further assistance.

    Regards,

    Mia
