I would do it slightly more generically so that you can chart any work type in the same way:

Hi,
I have a case, simplified in the example under. Is there any way to make a flexible diagram that only shows for example day work percentage as shown on the right?
Now I had to make a copy, paste as values and make a diagram, which is not a good solution. If I filter away Night and Weekend work in the pivot table, the percentage change to 100% on day work, så that is not helping.

I can try. :)
Do you have any familiarity with Power Pivot currently? Also, can you post a link to a workbook (hosted in OneDrive for example) so that I can demonstrate it in context.
Thanks!
I have, is there any way you could show me how to do this?
If you have Power Pivot available in your Excel version, you can create a measure that will calculate the percentages you need regardless of the filter applied to the work type. Then filtering for Day/Night/Weekend will not affect the percentages, and your chart will be correct.
