Is there a way in Forms to set it up so that emails responses/notices go to a general email box versus your work email address that your account is set up under?

I would like to set up a Forms so that multiple people have access to the quizzes, surveys, etc. that get created in the event that someone leaves the company other people will still have access. I don't know if this is something I would go back to my IT department for or not unless someone has any insight as to how this can be done. I work for a company, and I am in the training department, and we like to use Forms for quizzes and for classwork because it can be auto graded. We just want to make sure that if multiple people are training the same course that we can all access the same quizzes or classwork so that only one form has to be updated or if we are helping out another trainer review quizzes or work we can access the same thing.

    Dear respected H. Debra L.,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

As per your description, to set up Microsoft Forms so that email responses go to a general email box instead of your work email address. You can use Microsoft Power Automate to create a flow trigger that will send an email notification to any email address you specify whenever a new response is submitted to your form.

You can also share your form or quiz with other people in your organization and give them co-authoring permissions. This way, they can view and edit both the questions and the response data of your form. For you reference: Share a form or quiz to collaborate - Microsoft Support

Appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    Waqas Muhammad
