Hi Hans
I'm AnnaThomas and I'd happily help you with your question. In this Forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.
You can get back the Undo and Redo buttons on your Quick Access Toolbar by following these steps:
For Windows: Select File > Options. Select Quick Access Toolbar. Scroll down the list of commands in the Popular Commands category. Select a command that you want and click Add>>. Make sure that Show Quick Access Toolbar is ticked.
Alternatively, you can also look at the bottom right corner of the Ribbon for a small arrow. Select Show Quick Access Toolbar, which will appear below the Ribbon by default. Next, on the left side of the screen, click another arrow to customize the Quick Access Toolbar, add the buttons you want and if you want, select the option to Show Above the Ribbon.
I hope this helps ;-), let me know if this is contrary to what you need, I would still be helpful to answer more of your questions.
Best Regards,
AnnaThomas
