When i try to do a login in the PC is always asking for the Authenticator App , that was already installed. Is always stating that is protecting the account. Then in the process is asking for QR code , but the QR code was already used and is allways in a loop because the code was already used. Strangely i can login in the mobile. I’m ising text message for the device as administrador of a schollar instalation.

At the final i cannot login in any device except mobile.

    Similar issue with some users.

Cleaning MFA (both old MFA and new MFA portal), requiring re-registration of MFA (both old MFA and new MFA portal) does not solve the issue.

    But...

Using the optional third party configuration with Microsoft authenticator works. Go figure.

So anyone with the issue, try third party configuration with Authenticator... the only drawback is that you can only use the code to verify, not the advanced popup with number + fingerprint/face ID. Not ideal for password-less access, but to get people up and running, that's one way... :)

I also have users with MFA registered to mobile phone or Office phone (???) and this entry (the phone number) is nowhere to be seen in both the old and new portal for MFA or in Azure AD.
    Call opened with Microsoft.

If anyone else knows more, please update...
