Hello
I’m Adeyemi and I’d be happy to help you with your question.
I understand that you're having trouble accessing your Microsoft account on your Samsung S21 after swapping the SIM card. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:
- Clear the cache and data of Samsung and Microsoft apps: Go to Settings > Apps > All Apps (or App Manager) on your Samsung device, find the Microsoft and Samsung apps that are related to the account linking process (such as Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft Outlook, Samsung Account, etc.), tap on each app, and clear cache and data.
- Uninstall and reinstall the apps: After clearing the cache and data, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Microsoft and Samsung apps involved in the account linking process.
- Sign out of your Microsoft and Samsung accounts on your device: On your device, sign out of all your Microsoft and Samsung accounts. Then, restart your device and sign in with the original Microsoft account you want to link.
- Check the account linking status on Microsoft's website: Go to [Microsoft's website] and sign in with your Microsoft account. Under the "Your info" tab, check if there's any Samsung account linked. If yes, unlink the Samsung account and try linking the desired Samsung account again
- Restore Your Phone app settings: Press Windows+Q, search for Your Phone app > right click > app settings > Restore. Now open the Microsoft Store > click on the three dots > downloads and updates > get updates. Then open Your Phone app > Settings > About > Check for updates. Restart your PC and link your smartphone to the app again.
I hope this helps.
