Where is Azure is the primary key and workspace id for a Log Analytics workspaces?

I am trying to use c# API for Log Analytics. I need the Primary Key and Workspace ID in order to connect. Where do I find these in Azure?

Could you point me to the direction of this apis documentation? I would like to connect to the api in the same fashion but cannot find how.

Open your workspace in the Azure portal, then Agents management, click arrow to expand Log Analytics agent instructions. Similar to below sample:
