    Hi Yong!

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community.

I understand you need help with recovering your unsaved Word document. Just to set your expectation, Microsoft does not have a tool for file recovery.

If you were working on a Word file on your Android device and it was not saved, you may be able to recover it using the AutoRecover feature in Word.

Here are the steps to follow:

    1. Open Word on your Android device.
    2. Tap on the "Open" button and select "Recent" to see a list of recent documents.
    3. Look for the document you were working on and tap on it to open it.
    4. If the document does not open, tap on the "File" menu and select "Info".
    5. Look for the "Versions" section and tap on "Recover Unsaved Documents".
    6. Select the document you want to recover and tap on "Open".

You can still try to double-check previous versions of the file in OneDrive or Google Drive.

If this method does not work, unfortunately, it may not be possible to recover the unsaved changes. It is always a good practice to save your work frequently to avoid losing important changes.

    Sincerely,

    Christina xCx
