Hi,

I'm currently a user for Power BI using @onmicrosoft.com to publish and using Power BI on web.

@onmicrosoft.com has been registered from my personal email.

For now, I'm not able to access @onmicrosoft.com due to there is no notification appear on Authenticator Application while logging in on desktop.

So, I would like access my @onmicrosoft.com again.

Thank you in advance if any response.

Same problem. I post about it and get no help. I post again a week later and the post gets removed with zero help being offered. This MS Community and Reddit boards are filled with people having this issue. Would be great if Microsoft would address this rather than robbing us by selling us product then blowing us off when we can't access it. I had this exact problem in April, was able to get a ticket generated, someone from MS called, figured out problem, removed MFA from my account, boom: worked. Now MS has no phone support, no way to seek help but what appears to be a useless forum given the many, many, posts about this topic.

@Support, I have exactly the same issue. No account set up in authentication app (new device) and when trying to add the account on the device, it requires you to authenticate the added account using the authenticator app. Isn't this an issue with the authenticator app rather than account? There needs to be an option to use something other than authenticator in these cases

    Hi Eeben Ezer Tres,

    Thank you for your reply.

    1. Yes, that is the issue. I cannot use another authentication method as there are only 2 options but all are linked with Authenticator app.
    • Approve a request on my Microsoft Authenticator app
    • Use a verification code

Below capture is what I got while logging in

    1. I've logged in under @onmicrosoft.com but it is the same that I was stuck with Microsoft Authenticator app.

try login with personal email through "sign in with another account" but still not able to access @onmicrosoft.com account.

    1. I'm a user for Power BI. However, my main issue is logging in into my @onmicrosoft.com account.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.
