I have a work computer that I have been using and as of Friday we had no problems signing into it. There are currently two users that were logged into the computer. One is a new user as of last week and the other one has been the main one for a long time. As of today, I couldn't sign in with the original username and password I can only sign in with the newer username and password. The main account was not deleted as far as I can see but I am getting an error message now. I would like to still be able to access the original username and their files. How can we fix this problem? This is the error message that I am getting.

Found a video on youtube that helped me. Follow this process if you can’t connect with a school/work account.

    Windows>settings>users>work/professional account/delete the accounts

You can thereafter open your app (teams outlook) and it should work. It worked pretty well for me.

Run the MS Support and Recovery Assistant and choose Office & Office Apps. This will reset all licensing for MS products and user will need to sign in on each app again.
