Installing desktop visio from Office 365

I need to install a local copy of Visio rather than run from Office 365 browser. Under subscriptions I have a 365 Lighthouse Plan 1 and 2 but nothing specific to Visio. If I download the office installer, it just installs the standard apps without the option to install Visio. Is this a subscription/licensing issue??

I found visiopro2021 img file and was able to install Visio but its prompting me for an activation key. Searched office 365 for a list of subscription keys associated with my business profile, no joy.

    You need an extra license: Compare Visio Options | Microsoft Visio Visio Plan2 to download and use the desktop version of Visio, the application is not contained in the Business subscription.
