    I did this.

    • Uninstall the To Do Mac app
    • Open Finder and press CMD+Shift+G- Enter “~/Library/Group Containers” and delete “UBF8T346G9.com.microsoft.to-do-mac” folder- Press CMD+Shift+G- Enter “~/Library/Containers” and delete “Microsoft To Do” folder (might not be there and you can skip this.- Restart your device, download the app from the App Store and check.

    Worked for me earlier today.

    I have the same issue.

I cannot login, where the 2 initials of my username should be theres just a # and if I click on it and select anything nothing happens.

If I select preferences from the menu nothing happens.

It has been like this for over a month now.

The only resolution you tell me is to un-install and re-install and I have done that a thousand times. Looks like MS todo doesn't work on MAC is what my experience is and there is nothing that is being done about it.

    Hi Reynaldo,

Thanks for the note. If you see my original post, it says I have the latest Mac and todo list version. I had uninstalled and re-installed multiple times too and still didn't work. Is there anything else that I can do since whatever you mentioned I have already done that.

    Thanks

    Harmeet

I have the same exact issues. All the solutions provided by Microsoft had no effect.
