Sorry for the inconvenience. If the charges are from Microsoft, you need to investigate the charges from your Microsoft billing history by signing into https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

If you are unable to find this charges in your account, you can contact Microsoft support to assist you investigate this charge, use the steps below for guidance;
- Go to http://support.office.com/home/chat
- Describe your issue (Unknown charge) and click 'Get Help'. Then scroll down to select Contact support.
- Select your product (Microsoft 365 and Office) and category (manage my subscription) > click Confirm.
- Click ‘Chat with support agent’ > Confirm.
- Click Start Chat.
If you believe the charges were fraudulent, kindly contact your financial institution to cancel that payment method.
