    Hello Phong Doan,

Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.

Based on your description I understand you're having trouble enabling audit logging in the Security and Compliance Center. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    1. Check if you have the necessary permissions to enable audit logging. You need to be a member of the Compliance Management or Organization Management role group to enable audit logging.
    2. Clear your browser cache and cookies, and then try enabling audit logging again.
    3. Try using a different browser or device to see if the issue persists.

If none of these steps work, please contact Microsoft Online support for further assistance by opening a service request in the Microsoft 365 admin center Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn Experts there would conduct in-depth research on the problem you encountered and provide you with more professional assistance.

We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    Simbarashe | Microsoft Community Moderator
