Help with setting up my New Duo device and Passwords

My name is Kevin Everett and I work with Microsoft as a Surface Specialist. I recieved a loaner device, Surface Duo. I can't remember my password to set it up. Can someone show me how to reset my passwords so I can gain access to the device?

    Hi, I would open an IT helpdesk ticket about this! They would be a better resource to assist you.
