    You really can't change the presentation to an outline but what you can do is:

    • Change the way content is displayed in the Thumbnails Pane by selecting Outline from the View menu [or by clicking the Outline View tool on the View tab of the Ribbon], &
    • Print an Outline to paper or PDF by choosing Outline from the Layout: list in the Print dialog, &
    • Use File> Export to save a copy in any of the 11 file types listed in the File Format: list
