    DearLaura Challis

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you

To delete a blank page in Microsoft Word, you can try the following steps:

    1. Go to the page you want to delete.
    2. Click on the "View" tab in the ribbon.
    3. Click on the "Navigation Pane" checkbox to open the Navigation Pane on the left-hand side of the screen.
    4. In the Navigation Pane, click on the thumbnail of the page you want to delete.
    5. Press the "Delete" key on your keyboard.

If this doesn't work, you can try the following:

    1. Go to the page you want to delete.
    2. Click on the "Home" tab in the ribbon.
    3. Click on the "Show/Hide" button in the Paragraph section to show hidden formatting marks.
    4. Look for a section break or page break at the end of the page you want to delete.
    5. Highlight the section break or page break and press the "Delete" key on your keyboard.

If you're still having trouble, please let me know and I'll try to assist you further. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,

CVs are often set up with tables and any table may add a blank page if the paragraph mark following the table "spills" over onto the next page. For a workaround, see Suzanne S. Barnhill's article at http://wordfaqs.ssbarnhill.com/BlankPage.htm#TableAtEnd.
