Why does my file say resuming and then fails to download

Disclaimer all pictures aren't screenshots but show what my laptop says when trying to download a file. I also don't have Microsoft 365 this is just the cheapest plan web version that gives you extra storage. I couldn't select that in the drop down menu for products though.

Attached picture of what I mean. I've been trying to download my pictures from one drive and this happens then after a while it will pause saying check internet connection.

(Next picture for a different failed download I wanted to see if a smaller folder would download)

Once I hit resume it will load for a bit and then it says site isn't available (last picture shows what I mean)![](https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/88053f9e-853e-41d4-b08b-be6f7ee35f0c?platform=QnA

    Hello Natasha,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

Based on the error message you are receiving, it seems like there may be an issue with your internet connection. Please ensure that you have a stable internet connection and try downloading the files again. If the issue persists, you can try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or try using a different browser. Additionally, you can try downloading the files in smaller batches to see if that helps.

Hope this helps, let me know if you have other concerns.

    Regards,

    Prince R
