where to download Microsoft To Do

To Do disappeared from my PC. I reinstalled my 365 subscription, but To Do wasn't there. I think I have TWO MS accounts and it was in the other one. It is on my Samsung Galaxy 21+ 5 G phone with all the data. I installed it from my MS account with 365 and it is blank. Thus, it must be in my other account. WHAT TO DO to not lose my data AND have access to it on my PC?

    I installed it from my MS account with 365 and it is blank.

    Are you signed into To-Do in the browser or in To-Do app on your computer? If on the computer, you can sign into another account in the app. Click on your name on the top left and choose Manage Account - then click the + sign to add the other one. https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/b0e7d055-3473-4083-987f-2e826a5347ea?platform=QnA

    To switch between accounts, click on your name and choose the other account.

    If you need to install the To-Do app, go to https://to-do.office.com/tasks/ - there are buttons near the bottom to download the app.
