I purchased Office Home & Business 2021 for Mac for my iPad Pro. I was able to download, but nothing happens when I hit install.

The downloads show in my files, but when you click on them, nothing is there, except the licenses. I went back into my account and hit install, nothing happens. The installer isn’t launching. What do I need to do?

    First, just so there is no misunderstanding, this is a public user-to-user support forum. We're users helping other users. We do not work for Microsoft and have no input on Microsoft's policies, procedures, or design decisions.

    While I am not a Mac user, Office H&B (and year) does not apply to any tablet (IOS or Android)

    To use Office apps on an iPad Pro requires a Microsoft 365 subscription license. The Office apps must then be downloaded from the Apple Store and are activated by opening the Office app by entering the MS 365 email account
