Microsoft Attack Simulation Training User export .csv from simulation missing data and incorrect csv rows (multiple cells are filled in a row)

Hello,

Everytime I make an export with my selected columns, it takes hours to generate it and after that it just excludes randomly the departments of the employees.

I only select the rows in the screenshot.

Then the export takes like 5 minutes or more.

The head row has this data:

UserName,UserMail,Compromised,EmailLinkClicked_TimeStamp,EmailLinkClicked_Browser,EmailLinkClicked_IP,EmailLinkClicked_Device,CredSupplied_TimeStamp(Compromised),CredSupplied_Browser,CredSupplied_IP,CredSupplied_Device,SuccessfullyDeliveredEmail_TimeStamp,MessageRead_TimeStamp,MessageDeleted_TimeStamp,MessageReplied_TimeStamp,MessageForwarded_TimeStamp,OutOfOfficeDays,PositiveReinforcementMessageDelivered_TimeStamp,PositiveReinforcementMessageFailed_TimeStamp,JustSimulationMessageDelivered_TimeStamp,JustSimulationMessageFailed_TimeStamp,TrainingAssignmentMessageDelivered_TimeStamp,TrainingAssignmentMessageFailed_TimeStamp,FailedToDeliverEmail_TimeStamp,Department,Title

What is all this *** data.

And the rows below look like this:

[LastName], [Username],[Email],No,3/16/2023 7:19:36 PM,Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0 Win64 x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML  like Gecko) Chrome/109.0.0.0 Safari/537.36 Edg/[IP],"[IP]","Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0 Win64 x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/109.0.0.0 Safari/537.36 Edg/[IP]",--,--,--,--,3/16/2023 2:06:44 PM,3/16/2023 7:19:36 PM,--,--,--,0,--,--,--,--,--,--,--

Which means that (1) LastName is not taken in the head column so when making data to columns this overwrites the data in the last columns.

And (2) Department and function type are not exported while this user definitely has an Department and function type.

The CSV is so corrupted that it takes like an hour to generate a report for a simulation, while I have multiple simulations per month.

This works so bad I can't even generate normal reports.

Please help / fix this!!!

    @tomvruit
    Just to make sure, are you importing this file with the "Data\From TXT/CSV" function in Excel? That will transform the comma separated csv file to a "readable" csv file with functional columns.

    And for some users it does show the Department and function.
