A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.
Dear KW_762,
Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.
There is no built-in way to automatically populate a SharePoint document library with files from OneDrive. However, there are workarounds that you can use.
You can use Microsoft Power Automate to create a flow that automatically copies files from OneDrive to SharePoint. To do this, you will need to create a trigger that runs when a new file is added to a specific OneDrive folder. The action will then be to copy the file to a specific SharePoint document library.
You can use this power automate template to crate follow between OneDrive and SharePoint
- Select When a new file is added (OneDrive) as the trigger.
- Select the OneDrive folder that you want to monitor.
- Click New step.
- Select Copy file (OneDrive) as the action.
- Select the SharePoint document library that you want to copy the files to.
- Click Create.
