For the last couple of days or so I have been getting a Microsoft SharePoint popup on my computer and I am at loss as to how to get rid of it or get it to shop popping up.

I have tried to clear the cache on my browser... both cache and cookies

I have also tried to remove it through on of the apps (Microsoft Excel) and when I hover over the last section, it doesn't give me the option of removing it... as no "X" appears.

    Hi Rhoda,

    1. Here is a screenshot of the image of the popup I get. See below...

    1. I dont' have any screenshots of how I encountered the popup but from my recollection, I was trying to look at some excel spreadsheet files. And since it is my first time have to see the files located outside of my computer, I wanted to see how I can duplicate a particular file for the new year. In other words, have my current file 2023 and create the same one for 2024. Since I am somewhat new to this, I wasn't having much success in creating it.. And I thought I could share the file from the cloud to my computer. And since I couldn't find a way to create a copy of the older file to share on my computer, I gave up.
    2. Since then, I am not too sure what else happened. I think I was doing this on a browser to start with. But since I closed the browser, I just keep getting this popup. I keep clicking on the Deny button but after a few minutes, it keeps popping up and I don't know how to make it stop.

I hope I was able to best answer as I could.

    Thanks,

    Anna
