My friend works for a company called "Premera Blue Cross" handling Healthcare insurance case management. They are having issues in regards to sorting emails of prioritization with coworkers and may need a new communications system and /or AI assisted sorting of emails of urgency.

There is another department that handles case management directly with their clients that may or may not be having a communications gap as well.
