What's the maximum capacity of Office 365 in storage wise ?

A bit of your information is missing, are you asking for a personal subscription or a business subscription?

If you go Office 365 Personal, you will get:

1 TB OneDrive cloud storage (upgradeable to 2 TB, when it is almost full and not before)

50 GB Outlook email storage

You can’t have capacity on Office 365; you can only have capacity on a disc drive (for example the C: Drive) or capacity (or lack thereof) in memory.
