I enter the product key after signing in to my Microsoft account. The downloading took to long and appeared to stop. I attempted to restart the process and the system indicates that the code had already been redeemed. what now?

First, just so there is no misunderstanding, this is a public user-to-user support forum. We're users helping other users. We do not work for Microsoft and have no access to any user account so there is nothing we can do or check from within the forum.

When an product key is redeemed, it is permanently associated with the Microsoft Account used to redeem the key. After that, ti can never be used again

If you log into that Microsoft Account via the following link, does your purchase appear?

If yes, you just need to start the download / install again from there.

If no, and you are absolutely certain that you are checking the correct Microsoft Account, you will need to contact Microsoft Support
